Learn to Sew Basics

Service Description

This class is open to Adults and Teens (will also consider children, must be at least 10 yrs) This is 3 1.5-hr Students will learn how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, sew straight stitches, zig zag, circles, turn corners, and reverse stitch. They will learn how to recognize the selvage edge of fabric and how to cut fabric in the correct direction. We will end class by making a reversible tote bag! All supplies and fabric will be provided.
